The Lunar Chronicles Book Tag

The Lunar Chronicles Book Tag was created by The Book Addict's Guide!

***

Cinder - The Cyborg

A book that's often misunderstood or under appreciated:

I don't know that this book is really misunderstood or anything, but I don't see this book out there all that much and it is SO good! I guess I haven't been around in the bookish community for THAT long, but still. It's so good, it should be more popular.

***

Kai - The Prince

A book about royals/royalty:

I just chose this one because it was a recent read that I really really enjoyed and would highly recommend to all of you if you haven't read it!

***

Adri - The Evil Stepmother

A book with a horrible/cringe-worthy parent:

The Commandant is like the ultimate horrible parent. I must say.

***

Iko - The Spunky Sidekick

A book with your favorite happy-go-lucky character:

I don't know, does Hysan counts as happy go lucky? I really couldn't think of anything for this question after looking through my whole bookshelf and my whole read shelf on goodreads, this is the best I can do. I'm sorry, I've failed you.

***

Scarlet - The Rescuer

A book with a character on a mission:

In this book, Annith is basically on a mission to figure out why she hasn't been called upon to carry out St. Mortain's will. She's the most qualified for the job. She's practically better at all the subjects they teach at the convent than the sisters who teach the subjects. She just wants to do what she's trained to do and she wants to get to the bottom of why she isn't being allowed to do so.

***

Wolf - The Fighter

A book with a brutal fight (with words or fists):

The Battle of Hogwarts was pretty epic.

***

Levana - The Villian

A book with the absolute worst villain:

I guess I wouldn't say that the villain in this book is the WORST, but they are up there because you don't know that they're the villain til the end and it's like WHAAAAAA?!

***

Thorne - The Rascal

A book with the biggest schmoozer:

I literally can't think of a book with a character that would fit this prompt.

***

Erland - The Doctor

A book with an illness or revolving around medical issues:

Basically you can pick up any book by Lurlene McDaniel and they all have some sort of illness or medical issue involved in the story. I read like, all of her books in high school. I don't know why I liked them so much because I remember them as generally being kind of depressing.

***

Winter - The Unsound Mind

A book with the craziest character you've ever met:

One character in this book is just totally nuts.

***

Jacin - The Soldier

A book with a military theme:

I really liked this book back when I was in my Nicholas Sparks phase. John is in the army and I think he goes on like at least one tour or maybe two. I don't know. I don't remember. But he's in the army!

As for people to tag, if you are interested in doing this, I CHOOSE YOU!

Omg, I read so many Lurlene McDaniels books when I was younger! Gone Girl was absolutely bananas, and I LOVE Annith and Mortal Heart!

  3. OMG. You've read Lurlene McDaniels! I love it. I almost picked one of her books for Erland. Love it!!! Here's my tag: http://www.momsradius.com/2015/11/lunar-chronicles-book-tag.html.

Code Name Verity has been on my TBR list for a long time. I really need to get to it.I struggled with Thorne too. I don't read many books with schmoozers.

    1. I LOVED Lurlene McDaniels in middle/high school! You do need to get Code Name Verity! It is so good and so sad and just wonderful! I don't even really know what schmoozer means and not even googling it helped so I guess I just won't EVER answer that one! Haha!
